Export Form Results to CSV

  • Dashboard Users with access to Forms in the Assignar Web App
  • Those responsible for reviewing Forms submitted from the field

Before you begin: exporting to CSV is only available after selecting a specific form type.
 

How to export form results to CSV

  1. Go to Field Data > Forms
  2. Filter for the Form and questions you want to export

  3. Click Export

     

Notes on CSV exports

  • The exported CSV will retain the sort, order, and filter(s) you've set
  • Images, attachments, and signatures are not exported
  • Only 1 multi-response question group is allowed
