How to Print

This print shows all of the time worked for an order within a date range, both in a summary view and individual timesheet view, including client signatures. A great use for this print is to present it along with an invoice to your client so they can see their signature next to each timesheet, along with the total number of hours.

To print:

  1. Go to Field Data >Timesheets
  2. Select a Date Range of less than 32 days
  3. Apply a Filter on either the client, order, or project
  4. Click the Print button on the Filed Data - Timesheets - Daily page

The print will include all of the time that meets your filter criteria within the selected date range. More timesheets will take longer to print. If the print times-out before downloading, restrict the date range or apply more filters to narrow down the number of timesheets, then try again.

Content of the Print

Time is broken up by Order (Job). If the timesheets daily page has timesheets for 2 orders when you click the print button, then the print will have 2 sections (one for each of the orders).

Each Order section has 2 sub-sections:

  1. The first section is an overview with the total time worked.
  2. The second section is a daily breakdown of each timesheet - this is where the client can see their signature next to each timesheet.
