Scheduler Enhancements to Help Planners Adapt to Changes

Flexible Role and Worker Hours: Schedulers can now adjust the scheduled hours for a specific worker or role directly from the Scheduler, without needing to modify the entire work order. This gives planners more flexibility to respond to last-minute changes, making it easier to manage their day.

Job Notes with Attachments: Easily add and share important notes for a job, whether with the entire crew, specific workers, or the entire team. Field workers can access these notes (including any attachments) directly from the mobile app, reducing the need for phone calls or texts. 

Adjust Worker Headcount: Schedulers can now modify the number of workers needed for specific roles each day, making it simpler to adapt to changes in resource needs and creates a clearer picture of future job requirements.

Updated Mobile App with Greater Access to Job Information

Enhanced Assignment Cards: Workers can now view additional details about their assignments, including easier and faster access to critical job information, all from within the mobile app.

Daily Progress Summaries Using Photos and AI 

Smart Order Summaries: Users now have access to daily progress summaries, giving an overview of key metrics and trends from the field. This eliminates the need to manually review data, keeping teams informed effortlessly.

Custom Overtime Coding: Users can now select how time is coded using their own pay codes, ensuring payroll systems accurately interpret the data. Learn how to set up overtime rules, how to run them, and what's coming next. 

Enhanced Pay Codes for More Seamless Payroll Management

We've refreshed the Timesheet Codes page and placed it next to the Overtime Rules page. You can also set a category on a Timesheet Codes (Regular Time, Overtime, Second Overtime) to integrate seamlessly with Overtime Rules.

Coded Time in Insights and Data Share: After running a timesheet through overtime rules, the time codes are part of the timesheet data in Insights and Data Share!
