- Timesheets on the Fly – Capture time worked without being scheduled
- Check in to Multiple Jobs – Start the timeclock on multiple scheduled jobs, making it easy to pause and resume work across different assignments
- Multiple Activities and Breaks – There is no restriction on how many Activities and Breaks can be added to a Timesheet
- Automatic Breaks – Remove the barrier of adding a break to each timesheet by setting up a standard break time for all Timesheets
- Client Signature Improvements - Capture client signatures on individual Timesheets
- Supervisor Signature Improvements – Capture Worker and Supervisor signatures on individual Timesheets
- Asset / Equipment Timekeeping – Track time against multiple Assets in Timesheets
- Chargeable Items / Materials – Link chargeable items to Activities in Timesheets
- Offline Mode – Submit Timesheets, Forms, and Dockets without internet connection
- Recommended Activities – Selecting the right Activity is even easier. Activities are recommended by recently used, scheduled to an Order, and Project based
- Recommended Assets / Equipment - As with Activities, all Assets in the system are available to select. Assets that have been scheduled to the job will appear at the top of the list as recommended ones
- In Progress Timesheets - Supervisors can see completed and in-progress timesheets in a Site Diary. Timesheets can be submitted from the Site Diary after employees have completed and submitted their timesheets. This new capability keeps supervisors up-to-date on hours logged.
Payroll
- Improved Overtime Rules and Calculations – Configure and run overtime rules to ensure proper time reporting and pay
- Daily and Weekly Timesheet Reports - The Daily tab is where you can review and approve each of your workers timesheets. The Weekly tab is where you can view a summary of your workers weekly hours and calculate their overtime hours
- Review of In Progress Timesheets - Office personnel can now review and edit Timesheets from the moment they are created and are in-progress. We changed this behavior to enable administrators and managers to stay in the know and track who is currently completing their Timesheet

Timesheet Status – Proper categorization of Timesheets by status
- Started: Checked into their shift, but has not checked out.
- Pending Submission: Saved their Timesheet, but has not yet submitted.
- Submitted: Successfully submitted Timesheet.
- Approved: Successfully approved Timesheet
- Processed: You can use this help you keep track of the Timesheets that have been exported from Assignar and marked as paid.
- Timesheet Invoicing PDF - Download all the time worked for an order within a date range, both in a summary view and individual timesheet view, including client signatures

- The new Time Tracking does not currently support Crew Timesheets, Crew Allocations, or automated Timesheet Rounding
- Site Diary in this version excludes Bulk Apply and Work items
