Leave Requests and Scheduling

Leave Requests flow into the Scheduler making it easier to plan worker assignments around leave. 

If a worker has been previously scheduled and a Leave Request is submitted by them or on their behalf, you will have an alert on your Timeline that they're not available to work, this signal will prompt the scheduler to remove them from the shift and replace them with a qualified and available worker.

Additionally, on the Resources Calendar view the day will appear grayed out so you can see the worker is unavailable. By the end of January 2025 leave will show as a leave card on the Calendar View for the specific leave hours of the request.
