Uploading your Competencies and Inductions (Mobile)

You can upload your Competencies and Inductions directly through Assignar!
Please note that your new competency/induction will not reflect until your companies admin team has approved your submission.

1. Tap your initials/profile picture on the top right

   

    

2. Tap on Competencies or Inductions

   

    

3. You can either update an already existing competency/induction by tapping on the one you need to update.
   If you need to add a new one tap "Request New Competency" or"Request New Induction"

   

    

   • If updating a competency/induction it will show the name of the one selected at the top of the page and you will be prompted to answer any of the following fields:
     Issue Date (required)
     Expiry Date (required)
     Upload a File (required) Take a photo or upload an image 
     Comments (optional)
     Email (optional)

     

   • If adding a new competency/induction you will be prompted to answer any of the following fields:
     Competency / Induction (required)
     Issue Date (required)
     Expiry Date (required)
     Upload a File (required) Take a photo or upload an image 
     Comments (optional)
     Email (optional)

     

4. Once filled out tap Save
   You will get a notification that your request has been submitted. Please note that your new competency/induction will not reflect until your companies admin team has approved your submission.

   

5. Once approved it will reflect in your app and will have a green line along the left side so you can easily tell it is active
