With Mobile Scheduling, you can assign your resources (workers and equipment) to a shift, and remove them too in those instances where things don't always stick to schedule, all from the Assignar Mobile App. You can also create an order if one doesn't exist, and then assign resources to that newly created order.
Office Admin team needs to apply the permissions to worker profiles for access.

Permissions
For a worker to schedule on the mobile app, they must have the Order Search and Create Orders access granted. To turn this on, go to Resources, Workers, select the worker, then open the User Access Tab.

You can find Mobile Scheduling by going to Explore > My Items > then Orders from the Assignar Mobile App.
Navigating Mobile Scheduling
When you first open the Orders page, you'll see a list of Orders.
How to add a Worker to a shift
- Select an Order
- Tap Shifts
- Select the shift you want to update
- Select the Worker to add
- Save
How to remove a Worker from a shift
- Select an Order
- Tap Shifts
- Select the shift you want to update
- Swipe left on the worker you want to remove
- Save
Create a Role/Task
If the order does not yet have the needed role, you can add that role and then schedule workers to it.
- Select an Order
- Tap Shifts
- Tap Create Role
- Select a Role, enter the needed quantity, start and end time, the dates and any required forms
- Tap Create
Pushing Shifts to Tomorrow
When work is unexpectedly delayed (e.g. because of bad weather or a work variation, you need to quickly update your schedule). With Mobile Scheduling, you can push shifts to tomorrow, which will copy all today’s shifts, including worker assignments to tomorrow, and move all the remaining shifts out by a day.
To push shifts to tomorrow:
- Select an Order
- Tap Shifts
- Tap Push Today's shifts to Tomorrow
Note: This is only available for Orders with less than 90 days remaining work.
