How to email a worker qualifications

  • Updated

Email the competency and induction attachments for one or more workers straight from the Workers list, all in a single email.

Before you start

  • You can select up to 25 workers in a single email.
  • Emails are capped at 10 MB per send. If your selection is larger than this, send it in smaller batches.
  • Only competencies and inductions that have a file attached can be emailed. A record with no attachment will not appear as an option to tick.

Select the workers

  1. Resources > Users, then open the Workers tab.
  2. Click Email Qualifications in the top right, next to Export.
  3. In the Email Qualifications window, search for and select the workers whose attachments you want to email. You can select up to 25 workers at a time.
  4. Click Continue.

Complete and send the email

The email window opens with every competency and induction attachment for the selected workers listed under Attachments, each one ticked by default and labelled with the worker's name and qualification, for example Jesse Support - First Aid Certificate.

Things to know

  • The 10 MB limit is per email. If your selection is larger, the send will fail. Select fewer workers or fewer attachments, or send in batches.
  • You can include up to 25 workers in a single email.
  • Every attachment is ticked by default when the email window opens. Use Deselect All to clear them, then tick only the ones you want.
  • Only competencies and inductions with a file attached appear in the list. Skills are competency tags without file uploads, so they are not included here.
