Check In / Out Timesheet Geolocation Reporting

  • Updated

Assignar’s Check In / Check Out feature captures workers geolocation and the exact time they started and finished their shift.

Require Geolocation

The Assignar app can only record the worker's location if they have enabled location services for the app. To require your workers to enable location services, toggle on the setting "Require Geolocation for Timesheets. With this setting enabled, workers cannot check in or out of a timesheet unless they have shared their location with the Assignar app.

Location Reporting

From the timesheets module, for a specific timesheet you can click the ellipses and then select "View Timesheet". This timesheet view page shows the check in and check out location on map.

  • See how many times a worker has defaulted

  • Create alerts when workers have defaulted the acceptable parameter for example

  • more than 3 times

  • Receive daily reports on all check-outs that were completed outside the acceptable
