What is Changing?

On Mar 21, 2021 between 2am and 6am Assignar will have scheduled maintenance to perform an upgrade of our database systems. The maintenance applies to both the Assignar Web App and FieldWorker Mobile App.

 

Why are we making this change?

This database upgrade is required to keep up to date with the latest database features and security updates.

 

What is the impact of this change?

During the change, both the Assignar web app and Fieldworker mobile app will be placed in a read-only mode.

If you are logged out of the web app, it will not be possible to log in, but existing logged in sessions to the web app will have access to a read-only version of Assignar.

Fieldworker mobile app users will continue to be able to log in.

It will not be possible to make any updates during the change in both web app and mobile app.

 

When, and for how long will services be impacted?

The upgrade is expected to take two to four hours, and we are performing this upgrade early on Sunday morning, when demand on Assignar is very low. Assignar will be in read-only mode throughout the change window. https://status.assignar.com will be updated once the upgrade is complete.
