Reset your Password from the Web App

If you forget your password, you can tap the Reset Password button on the login page. 


You'll then need to enter your Client ID and Username. Then tap Request Password Reset.


You will get a notification to check your email. If you can't find it in your inbox, check your spam/junk mail. Once you open the email, click the link Reset Password and enter a new one.
