Add Additional Questions to Chargeable Items

You can have a worker answer up to 4 questions before they add a Chargeable Item to an Order. 
Note: This only works for customers on the latest time tracking version.

How to add Additional Questions to Chargeable Items

1. Go to Settings > View/Edit Settings
2. Under Order, click on the grey box labeled Chargeable Items - Additional questions
3. Add your questions (max. 4)
4. Save

Additional Questions will now appear in the mobile app

After your additional question(s) have been added, it will appear in assignment the next time a worker adds a Chargeable Item to an Order.
