You can have a worker answer up to 4 questions before they add a Chargeable Item to an Order. Note: This only works for customers on the latest time tracking version.
How to add Additional Questions to Chargeable Items
- Go to Settings > View/Edit Settings
- Under Order, click on the grey box labeled CHARGEABLE ITEMS
- Add your questions (max. 4)
- Save & Close
Additional Questions will now appear in the mobile app
After your additional question(s) have been added, it will appear in assignment the next time a worker adds a Chargeable Item to an Order.
