Often work done on one day is the same - or similar - to the work done on a previous day. In the Fieldworker app, you can now easily copy a previous docket to the current day.

There are two ways you can copy a docket:

  1. Copy from an allocation

  2. Copy from the list of dockets

To copy from an allocation:

  1. In the Fieldworker app, go to the Allocations page

  2. Open the allocation from which you'd like to copy the docket

  3. Expand the 'Dockets' section

  4. Go to the 'Completed' tab

  5. Open the relevant docket

  6. In the top right, click the 3 dots

  7. Select the 'Dopy this to a new docket' option

  8. Update the docket as required

  9. Save and/or submit the docket when it is ready

To copy from the list of dockets:

  1. In the Fieldworker app, go to the Dockets page

  2. Select the 'Completed' tab

  3. Find the docket you'd like to copy to today

  4. In the top right, click the 3 dots

  5. Select the 'Copy this to a new docket' option

  6. Update the docket as required

  7. Save and/or submit the docket when it is ready

The video below shows an example:

You can also copy a docket directly from an allocation by going into the allocation and selecting the completed docket. From there, start at Step 4 above.

Notes:

  • This will not link the docket to an allocation

  • Signatures will not be copied from the old docket to the new docket
