Orders Module: How to send an Order Email Confirmation to a Customer

Email an order

  1. Select Work Planning Orders  
  2. Select the order you would like to edit.
  3. Under the Order Details tab, select the vertical ellipsis (⋮) on the top right > Select  Email Order from the dropdown list.

  4. You will see a popup window with an email summarising the order’s details.

  5. Enter one or more email addresses in the To field.

  6. If you want to, you can modify the email subject and/or message (optional).

  7. Click the Send button when you’re ready to send the email.
