Updating a Users information
If you need to update a user's details like their email address or contact number, this is where you do it. You want to ensure that the User Details are always kept

Click Users Fieldworker/Dashboard User Edit to view and/or update details for an existing fieldworker under the Details tab.
On the User Details you can do the following:

Add or update the Employee ID (optional) - note this number must be unique

Update the fieldworker’s first and last name.

Update the user's password.
-
Change the employment type for this fieldworker.

Add or update the fieldworker’s email address. This is the address that is used to send an email to the fieldworker from Dashboard.

Add or update the fieldworker’s date of birth (optional).

Add the workers USI number
-
Add or update the fieldworker’s mobile number. This is the mobile number that is used to send an SMS to the fieldworker from Dashboard.

Add or update the fieldworker’s address and emergency contact details (optional).

Add or update comments for your own reference (optional).

Add or remove one or more user tags (optional) from the drop-down list. Click and select from the drop-down list to add, or click the X to remove.

Add or remove a supplier (optional) from the drop-down list. Click and select from the drop-down list to add, or click the X to remove.
When you are finished editing the user's details click Update User when you’ve finished making changes. You will see a message to confirm that the user has been updated.

Fieldworker Form Results
Keeping track of how often your Fieldworkers submits forms can get out of control, luckily for you, you can view them under their profile under "Form Results" so you can see every single form they have ever submitted through the Fieldworker App

Click Users Fieldworkers Edit to view and/or update details for an existing fieldworker.

Click the Form Results tab to view a list of all form results received for this fieldworker. The list will include all form results submitted by this fieldworker and/or where this fieldworker is selected in the form.

The default filter for form results in the list is from two weeks ago to the current date, based on the date submitted. To change this, select a different date range in the drop-down calendar, then click the Search button.

You can then click edit (the context menu or 3 dots on the right) to view the result in more detail and if you want to export the individual form result

If you're wanting to export a collection of form results the user has submitted i.e. the Machine Pre-Start then search under the "All Forms" section on the left and an Export button will appear next Search

Fieldworker Charts
Fieldworker charts help you analyse in a bar graph how much time a worker is spending on each task or each asset. This data is captured from the timesheet they submit

Click Users Fieldworkers Edit to view and/or update details for an existing fieldworker.

Click the Charts tab.

To view graphs relating to this fieldworker:
-
The default graph type is hours per task but the other option is to view by Asset.

The default start date is the first of the previous month and the default end date is today’s date, you can change the date period.

If this is not what you want to see, click to select a different start and/or end date using the drop-down calendar.

Fieldworker Allocations
Besides the Resources Timeline under a Fieldworker's profile, you can view their allocations for the last two weeks

Click Users Fieldworkers Edit to view and/or update details for an existing fieldworker.

Click the Allocations tab to see this worker’s allocations for the past month. Pending allocations are shown in amber, confirmed allocations are green.

If you click on the client's name it will take you to the allocation on a new tab.

Export Fieldworkers to CSV Export

Click Export to extract the current fieldworker list to an Excel spreadsheet.
NB. The export will only include fieldworkers based on the current Advanced Search filters (if applicable).

Click the Excel file at the bottom of the screen to open the spreadsheet.
NB. This may appear slightly differently depending on your computer’s settings.

All standard Excel functionality is available to view and analyse the data.

Save the Excel spreadsheet.
