Adding a new Client

  1. Under Project Data, navigate to the Clients page
  2. Enter a Client name.
  3. Click the Client Active switch to activate the client.
  4. Optionally, enter an external ID. If you’re not sure what this is, just leave it blank.
  5. Optionally, add any Client Inductions or competencies that workers are required to have for this client.
  6. Optionally, add any Role (or Task) groups, if you want to restrict the tasks and assets available for this client’s Order or Timesheets.
  7. Optionally, add any Client Tags. This may be useful when you’re searching or filtering for similar clients.
  8. Optionally, add Contacts.
  9. Optionally add Additional Information if you want to enter ABN, email, phone or address details, or general comments relating to this client.
  10. Save
