- Under Project Data, navigate to the Clients page
- Enter a Client name.
- Click the Client Active switch to activate the client.
- Optionally, enter an external ID. If you’re not sure what this is, just leave it blank.
- Optionally, add any Client Inductions or competencies that workers are required to have for this client.
- Optionally, add any Role (or Task) groups, if you want to restrict the tasks and assets available for this client’s Order or Timesheets.
- Optionally, add any Client Tags. This may be useful when you’re searching or filtering for similar clients.
- Optionally, add Contacts.
- Optionally add Additional Information if you want to enter ABN, email, phone or address details, or general comments relating to this client.
- Save
