Add or Edit Worker Competencies & Inductions

Edit worker skills, competencies & inductions

  1. Click Users workers Edit to view and/or update details for an existing worker

  2. Click the Qualifications tab to view and/or update skills, competencies and inductions for an existing worker.

Add or Update User Skills: 

  1. Add or update user skills (no competencies), only if the worker has one or more skills that do not require any competencies: Click to select a user skill (no competencies) from the drop-down list and click add on the right.

  2. Repeat for as many skills as you need to add.

  3. Click the trash button next to an existing skill in the skills list to delete that skill from this worker.

Add or update competencies for this worker:

  1. Add or update user competency select a user competency from the drop-down list and click add on the left and then click the Add button on the right. 

  2. A pop-up will appear click to select a user competency from the drop-down list. Enter an expiry date if required.

  3. Click on Choose File to browse your files and attach an image (photo or scanned copy), PDF or Word document of the competency (optional). A thumbnail will be displayed for image files.

  4. Click Save to save the selected competency as part of this worker’s profile.

  5. Repeat for as many competencies as you need to add.

 

  • Click the Copy Link button under a competency attachment to open a popup showing the URL address of the attachment. Click on the clipboard icon to copy the URL to your clipboard so you can paste it somewhere else. Click Dismiss when you’re finished

  • Click the Email button next to an existing competency in the competencies list to email the qualification file attachment.

  • Click the edit button next to an existing competency in the competencies list to update that competency.

  • Click the Delete button next to an existing competency in the competencies list to delete that competency from this worker.

Add or update inductions for this worker:

  1. Click to select a user induction from the drop-down list.

  2. Enter an expiry date if required.

  3. Click on Choose File to browse your files and attach an image (photo or scanned copy), PDF or Word document of the induction (optional). A thumbnail will be displayed for image files.

  4. Click Save to save the selected induction as part of this worker’s profile.

  5. Repeat for as many inductions as you need to add.

In the Context Menu you can... 

  • Click the Copy Link button under an induction attachment to open a popup showing the URL address of the attachment. Click on the clipboard icon to copy the URL to your clipboard so you can paste it somewhere else. Click Dismiss when you’re finished.

  • Click the email button next to an existing induction in the inductions list to email the qualification file attachment.

  • Click the edit button next to an existing induction in the inductions list to update that induction.

  • Click the trash button next to an existing induction in the inductions list to delete that induction from this worker.

  • The Task Hours Graph shows worker hours per task for the current year to date.

  • The Allocations list shows worker allocations for the past two weeks. You can add a timesheet for a (confirmed) worker’s allocation by clicking on the green timesheet button next to the allocation.
