Unpublish a Form Template

Who this feature is for

  • Those set up as a Dashboard User with access to Forms in the Assignar Web App.
  • Those responsible for building and distributing Forms to workers.

 

If you have a Form that you no longer want your workers to either view or complete from the Assignar Mobile App, then you can unpublish it. Or, if you want to make changes to a Form, you can also un-publish it until your changes are complete, then publish it again.

This is a softer version of hiding a form compared to archiving a form. Generally, un-publishing a form template is a temporary action whereas archiving is more permanent (though you can unarchive a form template).

 

Unpublish a Form Template

  1. Under Field Data, go to the Forms page and click on the Templates page.
  2. Next to the Form Template you want to archive, tap the icon.
  3. Tap Publish
  4. OK
  5. In the Published column, you'll then see a icon, which means the form is unpublished.
