The Forms module is home to Assignar’s form builder, where you can create your own forms for Safety Reviews, Machine Pre-starts, Daily Diary, Annual Leave Request forms and just about every other company form that needs to be completed.

The Forms module contains the following submenus:

  • Forms

  • Form Results

  • Charts

  • Archived Forms 

  • Forms Settings

 

You can design your own forms and capture important data from the field, exactly the way you want it. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3.

  1. Design the form in Dashboard

  2. Fill out the form in the Fieldworker app

  3. Send and view form results in Dashboard
