Manage and Create Tags

  • Updated

Tags function like labels that can be applied to taggable objects. You can then use these tags/labels to easily search or filter for a subset of data. For instance you can create a worker tag called Crew A, then apply that tag to all the workers in that crew - apply that tag filter when scheduling for a job to ensure you're scheduling the whole crew together.

There are 9 types of tags, each for a different module. A tag can only be applied to objects in the module it was created for (worker tags can only be applied to workers, not projects, documents...).

Those 9 tag types are:

  • Worker
  • Client
  • Project
  • Order
  • Asset
  • Attachment
  • Contract
  • Division and Supplier
  • Document

Search and Filter to Find a Tag

Use the search bar to type in the name, ID, tag type or description of the tag you are looking for. You can also filter by type to see only tags of the selected types.
