You can enable your Workers to record any materials or additional expenses used on an Order using Chargeable Items, from their Assignment, timesheet, or Site Diary.
How to set up Chargeable Items
Before your Workers can record Chargeable Items on an Order, you'll need to first create the Chargeable Item in Assignar:
- Go Work Planning > Chargeable Items
- Click + Add New
- Fill out required information
You can set up new Account Codes through Payroll & Accounting > Account Codes - Save
Once set up, under Settings > View/Edit Settings make sure you turn on "Show Chargeable Items on mobile" and Save so your workers will be able to see them in the Assignar app.
