Form Question Types

Who this feature is for

• Those set up as a Dashboard User with access to Forms in the Assignar Web App.
• Those responsible for building and distributing Forms to workers.

Allows you to choose whether the question will be a single option response, multi-option response or a drop down select.

Allows the worker to type a number as an answer.

Note: If you tick the Has Asset Number this links back to the asset's current number reading. 

Allows the worker to type text as an answer. This is best for a short answer response.

Allows the worker to type text as an answer in a larger sized box. This is best for a longer answer response.

Allows the worker to add a digital signature to their form.

Allows the worker to capture or attach a photo to their form.

Allows the worker to upload a file to their form.

Pick a date from a scrolling list.

Pick a time from a scrolling list.

Pick a date & time (combined) from a scrolling list. 

Allows the worker to select an Asset (Equipment) from a list.

Allows the worker to select a worker from a list.
