When you build a form in Assignar, there are 14 form question types that you can use.
| Text | Allows the worker to type text as an answer. This is best for a short answer response. |
| Text Area | Allows the worker to type text as an answer in a larger sized box. This is best for a longer answer response. |
| Number | Allows the worker to type a number as an answer. Note: If you tick the Has Asset Number this links back to the asset's current number reading if you have selected "Associate With: Asset" in the form settings on the left. |
| Date | Pick a date from a scrolling list. |
| Time | Pick a time from a scrolling list. |
| Date & Time | Pick a date & time (combined) from a scrolling list. |
| Signature | Allows the worker to add a digital signature to their form. |
| Image Capture | Allows the worker to capture or attach a photo to their form. |
| File Upload | Allows the worker to upload a file to their form. |
| Heading | You can add a heading here which introduces a group of related questions, no response required. |
| Multiple Choice | Allows you to choose whether the question will be a single option response, multi-option response or a drop down select. |
| Question Group | Where you can create a group of questions together. |
| Worker | Allows the worker to select a worker from a list. |
| Asset | Allows the worker to select an Asset (Equipment) from a list. |
