Tracking Leave & Availability in Assignar (1/2)

Workers can submit leave requests. The Availability page will allow you to see when your workers are unavailable due to leave. 


Step 1 - Ensure you have the necessary features

  • Forms
  • SMS
  • Worker Availability

If you don't have these features, please contact your Assignar rep.

Step 2 - Create a Custom Form Status 

  1. Go to Field Data > Form Statuses
  2. Click Add new status
  3. Enter a status name (we suggest "Approved")
  4. Optionally, select a status color and a font color
  5. Tap icon to save

Step 3 - Create a Leave Form 

  1. Go to Forms > Add New Form 

  2. Add a title (we suggest "Leave Request Form")

  3. Select a notification email address

    • Note: every leave request will be emailed to the address you select

  4. Choose a user to Assign on Submit 

  5. Select a status for when the form is submitted. We suggest "Pending" 

  6. Click Save
