Archiving or Deleting Projects

If you have a Project that is no longer active or you are no longer doing work on this project, you can archive or permanently delete them.

 

How to archive a Project 

  1. Under Project Data, navigate to the Projects page.
  2. Find the Project that you want to archive.
  3. Click themore_vert.pngicon.
  4. Archive

Restoring an archived Project

If you would like to view or restore a Project that has been archived:

  1. In the top right of the Projects page, click themore_vert.pngicon.
  2. Click Archived Projects
  3. You will then see a pop-up with a list of all your Archived Projects. 
  4. Find the Archived Project that you want to restore.
  5. Click themore_vert.pngicon.
  6. Restore

Permanently deleting a Project

If you would like to permanently delete a Project from Assignar, you can do so from the Archived Projects list. Note, this action cannot be undone.

  1. In the top right of the Projects page, click themore_vert.pngicon.
  2. Click Archived Projects
  3. You will then see a pop-up with a list of all your Archived Projects. 
  4. Find the Archived Project that you want to permanently delete.
  5. Click themore_vert.pngicon.
  6. Remove
