You can attach documents to your Equipment to its Registrations and Expirations.

 

How to add documents to an Asset

  1. Under Resources, go to the Equipment (or Assets) page
  2. Select your Asset
  3. In the right panel, tap the icon to take you to the detailed Equipments page.
  4. Go to the Documents tab
  5. Tap Add new Asset document
  6. Select the Document you want to attach. If your document isn't there, you'll need to add it to Assignar, which you can learn here.
  7. Select an Expiry Date
  8. Select an Alert Date to trigger an expiry alert. 
  9. Save
