  3. If you want to limit the search results based on skills that the workers have, enter one or more skills by selecting from the drop-down list. Click on the X next to a skill to remove it.

Search results

Under both the Skills and Competencies tabs, Dashboard will display a list of workers that match the criteria you have entered in the search fields. If there are no workers who match the criteria you entered in the search fields, you will see ‘No results’ rather than a list of workers.

  1. Start typing in the filter bar to filter the list or search for a specific worker/s, e.g. by first or last name, suburb, employment type, supplier or allocation status.

  2. Click ˅ or ˄ at the top of any column to sort the list alphabetically (or numerically, depending on the column) in ascending or descending order.

  3. If a number appears in the Expiries column it means that the worker has expired or expiring competencies or inductions. Click on the coloured bubble to open a popup showing expiry details.

  4. Click the blue View button next to a worker in the list to view or edit competencies for that worker.

SMS workers from search results

You can send an SMS to one or more workers from the search results list.

  1.  Click the Group SMS button above the search results list to send an SMS to all workers in the current list. Click Send when you’re ready to send the message.

  2. Click the mobile phone button in the SMS column to send an SMS to that worker. Click Send when you’re ready to send the message.

  3. Click the conversation button in the SMS column to view previous SMS messages to/from that worker. Click OK to close.
