Create employment types and assign them to your users.

Before you start You will need dashboard access to manage employment types. If you don't have access, speak to your admin team about getting the correct user permissions. Employment types are managed from the Users page, under Resources > Users. |
You can create employment types, for example full time, casual, or part time, and assign them to your users. This is useful if you want to include employment type in a skills search.
Add an employment type
- Go to Resources > Users and open the Workers tab.
- Click Employment Types.
- In the Employment Types window, click Add.
- Enter a name for the employment type, then save it.
Set a user's employment type
- Go to Resources > Users and open the Workers tab.
- Employment types can be set for dashboard users too. Use the Dashboard tab for a dashboard user.
- Click the user's row to open their profile.
- On the Details tab, set the Employment Type field.
- Click Save.
Things to know
- Each employment type has an ID, which is assigned automatically.
- To rename or remove an employment type, use the three-dot menu next to it in the Employment Types window.
- Employment types can be assigned to dashboard users as well as workers.
