Skills, Competencies & Inductions

This is where you define and manage the skills, competencies and inductions available to be added against assets, tasks and fieldworkers.

  • A competency (licence) may or may not require an expiry date.

  • Each skill can have one or more competencies (licences) added to it.

  • Inductions are any site specific or general inductions required to work on a site

Once you have defined the competencies here and allocated them to skills, the skills can be added to assets and tasks. Competencies can then be added to fieldworkers. This means the system can perform skills validation when allocating fieldworkers for an order, by matching the skills required for the order’s tasks with the competencies of available fieldworkers.

The Skills, Competencies & Inductions module contains the following sub menus:

  • Competencies

  • Skills

  • Inductions
