You can create Fieldworker user accounts, which will give workers access to the Assignar Mobile App.
If you want to setup a lot of Fieldworkers in one go, you can use our Assisted Import, which allows you setup your workers accounts in bulk. Or, continue reading to learn how to add workers one at a time.
How to add a Fieldworker User to Assignar
- Under Resources, go to the Fieldworkers page.
- Tap Add new Fieldworker
- Complete required fields
- Save User
After you've saved, let's setup their user permissions
After you've created and saved your workers information, you'll need to set their user access permissions. These settings control which types of data the user can create and edit in the Assignar Mobile App.
- After you tapped Save User above, you will then land on the User Access page.
- Edit as required
- Save access settings
Field | Description |
Team Tags (User Tags) | This worker will only see other workers with this tag in the Assignar Mobile App. |
Asset Tags | This worker will only see equipment (assets) with this tag in the Assignar Mobile App. |
Document Tags | This worker will only see documents with this tag in the Assignar Mobile App. |
Order Search | When enabled, means this worker can search for Orders in the Assignar Mobile App. |
Contact Search | When enabled, means this worker can search for contacts in the Assignar Mobile App. |
Create Orders | When enabled, means this worker has access to create Orders in the Assignar Mobile App. |
After the Fieldworker has been setup, the worker can then log into the Assignar Mobile App.
The worker can login to the Assignar Mobile App, using the credentials (Client ID and Username) that you set up above.
