Understanding SMS Statuses

When sending an SMS message to your workers, there are 6 statuses that an SMS may be in:

Status Name

Definition

Queued Your request to send a message was successful and the message is queued to be sent out.
Sent The recipient's telecommunications carrier has accepted the message for delivery.
Delivered Assignar has received confirmation of message delivery from the recipient's telecommunications carrier.
Received Indicates the message was received by your Assignar number. All inbound messages will have this status.
Failed The telecommunications provider did not accept the message and hence delivery has failed.
Undelivered Assignar has received a delivery receipt indicating that the message was not delivered. This can happen for several reasons including carrier content filtering or availability of the destination handset.
