When sending an SMS message to your workers, there are 6 statuses that an SMS may be in:
Status Name |
Definition |
Queued | Your request to send a message was successful and the message is queued to be sent out. |
Sent | The recipient's telecommunications carrier has accepted the message for delivery. |
Delivered | Assignar has received confirmation of message delivery from the recipient's telecommunications carrier. |
Received | Indicates the message was received by your Assignar number. All inbound messages will have this status. |
Failed | The telecommunications provider did not accept the message and hence delivery has failed. |
Undelivered | Assignar has received a delivery receipt indicating that the message was not delivered. This can happen for several reasons including carrier content filtering or availability of the destination handset. |
