Worker tags are used to organise groups of workers and make them easy to find when scheduling or granting access to forms or other resources.

  • If the value is found to already exist we will add the worker to it, if it does not yet exist we will create it.
  • You can add multiple tags if they're separated by a comma in the same row/column
Tasks

Think of "Tasks" as abilities, things your workers can complete

  • If the value is found to already exist we will add the worker to it, if it does not yet exist we will create it.
  • You can add multiple Tasks if they're separated by a comma in the same row/column

Upload this data into Assignar

Map your uploaded data to the Assignar data types

Think of this as moving data from an external 'bucket' into the right Assignar 'bucket'. Once everything is correctly mapped, tap Review to preview your work before committing.

We'll highlight any issues in red and give you the chance to fix them.

Data immediately flagged in red are improperly formatted or have missing data. Correct any issues in your data.

Once all your issues are corrected, tap Continue and your data will be uploaded. Success!
