🦉 When Intelligence Matters

As part of our initiative to have preferred methods of working, Insights will be replacing Reports in early 2022 — to help you do more with less. We've built Insights to give you all of the benefits of Reports — along with many added features. For folks who have only used Reports, we recommend migrating your work to Insights as soon as possible. Please reach out to your CSM to activate Insights.

We know from our customer data that there's 24% of active customers using Reports, and haven't yet used Insights. Our Customer Success teams have informed us that users who have begun to use Insights have reported a higher satisfaction rate due to:

  • Time savings based on enhanced automation
  • Getting more actionable intelligence for clear next steps
  • Stronger storytelling due to more powerful visualization

😴 When Reports Will be Shut Down

Reports will be shut down on January 17, 2022 at midnight, during Pacific Time. New customers actually don't see Reports in their Assignar instances. They are already directed towards activating Insights through their CSM (or it is already activated) for gathering better intelligence for their business. For existing customers who are using only Reports, as well as Reports and Insights, again, please migrate all of your Reports work to Insights.

What are the important Dates?

On January 17, 2022 we will shut down the Reports module within the Assignar Web App. Please migrate all of your Reports work to Insights before this time.

 

How do I enable Insights within my Assignar Instance?

Please contact your CSM and request that Insights be made active for you, if you don't already see it in your Assignar Instance.

Can Insights do everything Reports could do?

Yes, all abilities have been carried over during the development of Insights. In fact, you'll get a much more powerful tool for building Intelligence for your business, along with custom Dashboard abilities.

If I'm new to Assignar, do I get the Reports module?

Currently no new customers should be seeing the Reports module within Assignar as we make this transition. If you are new to Assignar and seeing the Reports module, please let your Customer Success Manager know.

What do new customers get from Insights?

New customers: You get 1 Creator License

What do existing customers get from Insights?

Existing Customers: You get 1 Creator License and 2 Viewer licenses.

 

Are there bundles or Add-Ons?

Yes, you can add 1 Creator and 2 Viewer Licenses, or "N" Viewer Licenses
(N being "any number of viewer licenses")


Please contact your CSM if you would like to add bundles or add individual viewer licenses. For any documents created with Insights, you'll be able to share these with unlimited consumers.


What are the costs of additional Insights Creator and Viewer licenses?

We're striving to keep these costs low, while keeping the quality of Insights high. Please contact your CSM for more information.

 

How many customers are already using Insights?

Roughly 70% of Assignar Customers have already begun to use Insights.


How do I get started with Insights?

Remember you must first contact your CSM to request the activation of Insights if you don't already see it within your Assignar Instance. Then you can use these helpful links to get started:
