Setup Progress Tracking in Site Diary

Who can setup this feature

  • Those setup as a Dashboard User with access to Scheduler in the Assignar Web App.
  • Those who work in planning, scheduling or interact with inbound information from the jobsite.

 

You can enable your Supervisors to track progress against the scope of work from their Site Diary.

How to setup Progress Tracking

To setup Progress Tracking, you'll need to complete a number of fields from Scheduler.

  1. Open Scheduler page on Web App
  2. Tap Edit Order

3. Under the Budgeted Quantities section, add:

  • Description
  • Total quantity number
  • Unit of measurement

4. Save

 

Once setup, your Supervisors will be able to see a Work Completed section

From here, they can track and add the progress of an Order in Site Diary
