Add or Remove User Licenses
- Go to Settings > Insights Licensing
- Click the ▾ button next to the appropriate license type (viewer or creator), then select a user from the list
- To remove a user, click the ⅹ next to their name
- Save
View or Request Additional Licenses
- Go to Settings > Insights Licensing
- Next to each license, you'll see how many licenses are being used and available
- [# of licenses being used] / [# of licenses available]
- To request more licenses, click Request more Licenses
- A confirmation message will appear stating your CSM will contact you and send a quote for approval:
- Additional "Creator" Insights Seats are $1,000 annually
- Additional "Viewer" Insights Seats are $299 annually
