Our Asset page will help you track all your vehicles and machinery, registration expirations, insurance and and even maintenance history, all to ensure your business is running smoothly.
Navigating the Asset page
When you first land on the page, you'll see a list of all your Assets setup in Assignar. You can click into each asset to edit.
Manage your Assets in more detail
The fields in the Asset page contain some of the most used fields. However, there are other fields available to you if you need them such as:
- Comments
- External IDs
- Attachments
- and more
How to view more Asset detail
- Under Resources, go to the Asset page
- Select an asset
- In the right panel, tap the
icon.
- You'll then be directed to the Assets detail page.
- Make edits as required
- Save
Search or Filter for Asset
You can use the search bar to find specific asset. Or, you can alternatively use our advanced filter to search for:
Unarchive Asset
In the advanced filter toggle Archived Assets then Search
Select the vertical ellipsis at the end of the asset and select Restore
