Big Ideas
Use Recommended Team Members
We know it’s important to assign the right people to the right job. For many construction leaders — the schedule is in their head, or an inaccessible spreadsheet — accompanied by an erasable whiteboard. This isn’t the best way to share visibility or create awareness.
By setting up Roles for your workforce (Roles are the types of work that can be done), you can assign workers to each required Role. Assignar’s Recommendation Engine leverages what it “knows” about your team members.
If you need more compliance, you can even link certifications to your Scheduled Roles. Only fully qualified team members, with current certifications will be recommended in this case.
Easy Time Tracking Derived from Scheduled Work
Your jobsite team members will be able to submit notes, hours worked and notes back to Assignar where you can approve of hours, and make adjustments. Team members also have the ability to become jobsite Supervisors, where they can track time on behalf of their entire team (Site Diary).
Automatically Collect the Right Forms
Within each Work Order you can attach Forms to Roles — ensuring each team member is submitting important jobsite data. Examples of valuable forms could be: Safety Checks, Heavy Machinery Systems Checks, Jobsite Checks. Forms can also be used to ensure regulatory compliance at your jobsite.
