About the Assignar Mobile App
As a worker, the Assignar Mobile App is where you'll:
- View your Assignments
- Submit Timesheets
- Submit Forms
- Submit Dockets (Tickets)
- Capture Site Progress
- Capture Notes + more!

Download the Assignar Mobile App
Click the links below to be redirected to the app store:
- Assignar Mobile for iOS: iOS 14 or newer is required for iPhones or iPads.
- Assignar Mobile for Android: Android 11 or newer is required for Phones and Tablets using Android.
Or, you can also access our mobile app using any web browser with this link.
Log in
- Check your email for a welcome email from Assignar. Use the link provided in the email to set your password.

After setting up a password, open the mobile app and log in using your email and password. Or use one of the other sign-in options.
- If you ever forget your password, simply tap "Forgot your password?" to reset it.
Explore
Workers and Supervisors, easily access your daily job assignments and see everything you need to plan ahead and begin work. With just one tap, you can:
🌟 Quickly access your assignment details
📍 Navigate to your job location
🕒 Enter your time (and your crew's time for Supervisors)
📝 Submit required forms
- Home Screen: View your upcoming work schedule, confirm your assignments, and submit Timesheets and Forms.
- Site Diary: For supervisors to complete a Site Diary for their crew.
- Forms: Submit Forms. You can also submit Forms directly from your assignment card.
The Menu contains additional features which include Documents, Dockets, Contacts, and more
Note: you may not see everything shown in the image below depending on which features your company uses.
- My Items: View documents and equipment that you have been assigned to.
- Dockets (Tickets): Submit Dockets for Client sign-off.
Manage Your Profile
To access your profile, tap your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen.
From here you can:
- Upload a profile photo
- Update personal information
- Request qualifications (competencies) and orientations (inductions)
- Check your app version
- Reset the app
- Log out
Recommended Settings
Keep your mobile app up to date
We recommend turning on Automatic Updates so that you always have the latest version. You can check your application version under your profile.
Turn on Location Services
This will help ensure that data from the field is captured in the right location. Your admin may also require you to turn Location Services on.
Access to Photo Gallery
Giving Assignar access to your photo gallery is also important, so you can quickly post photos of job site progress or a safety issue.
