Introduction

In the Assignar Mobile App there are 2 ways to access and submit forms each day.

  • As Part of a Work Assignment - When a worker has been assigned to do work on a day there may be a Form that has been attached that can be filled out, in some cases this may be required to close out a day of work.
  • Loose Forms - These are Forms that workers have access to that can be filled out as required but are not linked to a Work Assignment.

Submitting Forms as Part of a Work Assignment

If a Form has been attached to a worker's Work Assignment then it will be accessible from within the Work Assignment.  They can fill out this form as a part of completing their day of work.  If the Form has been designated Timesheet Required the worker will be required to submit the Form prior to submitting their Timesheet.  To see these forms tap My Assignments then open of a Work Assignment.  You will then see a section for Forms, when you tap Forms you will see all Forms that have been attached to the Work Assignment that can be completed.

Forms can also be left "In Progress", meaning that a user can start a form and then finish it later.  From the Forms section of a Work Assignment you will be able to resume a Form by clicking on "In Progress" and selecting the Form you wish to finish.  Forms that have a version in progress will be highlighted in blue. From here you can also see previously submitted forms for the Work Assignment.

Submitting a Loose Form

Workers can also fill out forms as needed that are not attached to Work Assignments, these are called Loose Forms.  To access Loose Forms that have been assigned to you simply tap the Forms option on the home page and you will see a list of forms available to you that can be completed and submitted.

Loose Forms can also be left "In Progress", from the Forms section of the homepage you will be able to resume a Form by clicking on "In Progress" and selecting the Form you wish to finish.  Forms that have a version in progress will be highlighted in blue.  From here you can also see previously submitted Loose Forms.
