Sharing Reports and Dashboards

Once you have created your dashboard, you may want to share it with others who may not have access to your Assignar account. You can do this by sending a report or a dashboard directly to their email inboxes by selecting the Send option, as shown below.

You can also configure the report or dashboard to be sent automatically following a set schedule that you define by selecting the ‘Schedule’ option.

In the example above, this report will be emailed to the listed recipient every Monday at 9am.
