You can edit a worker’s timesheet from the Edit Timesheet page, as long as its not an Approved or Processed Timesheet. This is useful in scenarios when:
- Worker forgets to check out
- Worker forgets to submit their timesheet
Navigating the Edit Timesheet page
At the top of the page, you will see navigation buttons which allow you to move between different timesheet pages. This is useful when you want to make edits quickly to a number of timesheets.
The total number of timesheets you can navigate through depends on the filters you have set up from the Timesheets table.
How to edit a Submitted Timesheet
- Tap on a Submitted Timesheet as shown above.
- You'll then land on the Edit Timesheet page, where you can make edits as required.
- Save Only or Save and Approve
How to edit a Started or Pending Submission Timesheet
You can edit a Started or Pending Submission Timesheet. However, once you tap Save and Submit, that worker will be unable to add a signature and submit their own timesheet.
- Tap on a Started or Pending Submission Timesheet as shown above.
- You'll then land on the Edit Timesheet page, where all of the fields are greyed out.
- At top of the page, tap

- Tap Edit Timesheet
- Make edits as required
- Save and Submit
How to edit an Approved Timesheet
- Tap on an Approved Timesheet as shown above.
- You'll then land on the Edit Timesheet page, where all of the fields are greyed out.
- At top of the page, tap

- Tap Undo Approval
- Make edits as required
- Save Only or Save and Approve
How to edit a Processed Timesheet
- Tap on a Processed Timesheet as shown above.
- You'll then land on the Edit Timesheet page, where all of the fields are greyed out.
- At top of the page, tap
icon
- Tap Undo Processed Timesheet.
- If your Timesheet has changed to an Approved Timesheet, then tap
icon again.
- Tap Undo Approval
- Make edits as required
- Save Only or Save and Approve
