Mark Timesheet as Processed

Who this feature is for

  • Those set up as a Dashboard User with access to Web Timesheets in the Assignar Web App.
  • Those responsible for Payroll and reviewing Timesheets.

 

You can mark single a Timesheet as Processed or do it in bulk.

One thing to note is that you can only mark Submitted or Approved timesheets as Processed. This is to prevent you from processing a Timesheet that is still in progress.

 

How to mark a Timesheet as Processed

  1. Within a Submitted or Approved Timesheet row, tap on the more_vert.png icon.
  2. Tap Mark as Processed

Or, to do it in bulk

  1. Select required Timesheets by tapping the  icon.
  2. Tap Mark as Processed

Or, to do it from the Edit Timesheet page

  1. Tap on a Submitted or Approved Timesheet.
  2. You'll then land on the Edit Timesheet page.
  3. Tap on more_vert.png  icon.
  4. Tap Mark as Processed.
