Setup Custom Print Templates
Click the Manage Print Templates button to begin setting things up
From here, you can add/edit a default template or create client specific templates by clicking the + Add New button. When you custom print a site diary, we will use the client specific template - if there isn't a client specific template then we use the generic.
Wether you are creating the default template or a client specific template, you'll be able to download a sample template to get started and give you a feel for how to use the print variables.
You can modify the sample template to you liking on your computer in Microsoft Word. Please note that there are many more print variables available than what the sample template uses. Once you've made some edits, upload the file by dragging it into the Attachment section or clicking the "select a file" button.
After uploading the file, save the template and print out a site diary to see if it meets your needs. If it isn't quite right, make changes to the file on your computer and upload the new file, save, and print a site diary.
For a client specific template, select any number of clients to use this template.
The video at the beginning of this article gives a basic walkthrough of this process.
