Before you start you should know

  • The Xero Integration is implemented via our Integrations Hub, a platform that allows for intuitive & flexible set-up & management of your integrations with 3rd party systems. 
  • This is a paid additional feature of Assignar. Please reach out to your Assignar rep for pricing.

To begin, navigate to the Integrations Hub

  1. From the navigation menu in the Assignar Web App, under Settings, tap Integrations.


Next, in the Xero card, tap Setup and follow the prompts

  1. Within the Xero card, tap Setup
  2. Follow the prompts in the configuration wizard to:
    • Select your timezone
    • Sign into Xero
    • Grant Assignar access to your Xero Data
    • Choose a Xero tenant to use with Assignar
  3. Finish


Next, let's setup your workflows

In this example, we'll setup a Client.

  1. Click the Clients row in the table.
  2. Use the toggle and turn it on.
  3. Select your filter options, then tap Save & Sync


And you're done!

Go grab a coffee (or a beer) while your data syncs.
