Understanding Site Diary Statuses

  • Updated

Who this feature is for

  • Those set up as a Dashboard User with access to Site Diary in the Assignar Web App.
  • Those responsible of reviewing Site Diaries, reviewing progress, budgets etc.

There are 3 statuses that a Site Diary may be in

Pending SubmissionSupervisor has saved their Site Diary, but has not yet submitted.
SubmittedSupervisor has successfully submitted their Site Diary.
Client ApprovedSupervisor's Site Diary has been approved and signed by a Client.
Processed

Manually change the status of a Submitted or Client Approved Site Diary to Processed to indicate internally that it has been reviewed. This can also be used for integrations, to only send over the Site Diary once the status is set to Processed.

When changing the status from Client Approved to Processed, the client signature remains on the Site Diary but is not reflected in the status.

To process a Pending Submission Site Diary, you must first submit it.

Site diary status has no impact on the status of any timesheets within the site diary.
