Set Up Timesheet Attestation

Who can setup this feature

  • Those setup as a Dashboard User with access to Settings in the Assignar Web App.
  • Those responsible for Payroll and reviewing Timesheets.
  • Requires your workers to have updated their Assignar Mobile App to the latest version (min. v8.9.5+).
  • Attestation text only shown in Timesheet on Mobile

 

Timesheet Attestation is a customizable block of text that you can add to a Timesheet to ensure that Workers are attesting to their Timesheet information before they sign and submit. Useful if you want to reduce risk of liability for incorrect timesheet data.

How to set up Timesheet Attestation

    1. Go to the Settings page
    2. Under App Settings, there is a setting called Timesheet Attestation (as shown above).
    3. Add your text in the text box (max. 5000 characters). 
    4. Save
    5. Once saved, your workers will then be able to see this text as they are about to sign and submit their Timesheet (like the image above).
