Before you start you should know

  • The Quickbooks Online Integration is implemented via our Integrations Hub, a platform that allows for intuitive & flexible set-up & management of your integrations with 3rd party systems. 
  • This is a paid additional feature of Assignar. Please reach out to your Assignar rep for pricing.

The Assignar <> Quickbooks Online Integration will help users of both products achieve seamless data flow between the two. The integration is implemented via our Integrations Hub, a platform that allows for intuitive & flexible set-up & management of your integrations with 3rd party systems.

Workflows that we support

  • Quickbooks Online Contacts >> Assignar Clients
  • Quickbooks Online Projects >> Assignar Projects 
  • Quickbooks Online Payroll Employees >> Assignar Fieldworkers
  • Quickbooks Online Timesheets << Assignar Timesheets

 

How often does syncing happen?

The sync for all data into Assignar (Contacts, Projects, & Fieldworkers) will run:

  • 4x between 6am and 6pm Monday - Friday
  • Once daily on weekends.

Timesheets can be synced:

  • Daily, automatically
  • Or, you have the option to require a manual sync.

Any of the available workflows can be manually triggered to sync from the Integrations hub, if you need your data in a hurry.
