Viewing Form Results
From Multiple Form Types
If you have not yet selected a specific type of form, all form results within the selected date range will be displayed. However, you will only see standard information for each result such as the status, which worker submitted it, and the date it was submitted.
From Specific Form Types
- Click on the drop-down menu > select the specific form type
- All of the questions from that form will be displayed as columns on the page
Select a Date Range
Only form results submitted in the selected date range will appear on the screen. To set a date range:
- Click on the date range selector
- Choose a pre-select range (7, 14, 30, 60 days), or choose Custom to set a custom date range
Filtering Results
Add a Filter
After selecting a form type and date range, you can narrow down the responses using a filter. Only results that meet the filter's criteria will be displayed. To add a filter:
- Click Filter
- Add the desired filter(s)
- Click Apply Filter
In the example below, a filter has been applied so that only responses where an issue was reported is displayed.
Organize and Exclude Questions
To isolate the exact data in your search, you can exclude questions and organize the order in which they are displayed. To do so:
- Click on Questions
- To hide a question(s), uncheck the box(es)
- To reorder the questions, click-and-drag the grid icon
- Click Apply
Note the following from the example below:
- Question #2 and the Order Name have been hidden
- Question #4 has been repositioned to display directly after Question #1
Assigned To and Status
You can use the filter feature to filter by the Assigned To and Status, but we also made these 2 filters easily accessible with their own buttons. Selecting a user from the Assigned To dropdown will display only form results submitted by that user. Selecting a status from the Status dropdown will display only form results with that status.
Sort by
Sort your results alphabetically (in ascending or descending order) by any column. Hover you mouse over the column header and an up or down arrow will appear, select the header to sort by the results of that question. In the example below, results are sorted alphabetically by Form Title in descending order.
View Signatures, Images and Attachments
Where ever a signature was provided on a form result, that signature will display within the results on the screen! If images were submitted as a question response, you can select them from the cell for them to display in a modal or download to desktop. Similarly with pdf question responses, you can view or download the pdf from a modal pop out.
Save Views
After applying filters, hiding questions and sorting question order, you can save a view to easily access it later! Use the Save View button to save a view, and browse your saved views in the My Views tab.
From the My Views tab, you'll see 3 buckets of views:
- Favorite
- Favorite a view to make it easily accessible in this bucket.
- Created
- All views that you have created can be found here.
- Public
- Views created by your other team members will appear in this bucket.
Selecting a saved view will open it in the Form Results Tab. Once opened you can:
- Exit View
- This clears all filters and the form type, returning you to the Forms landing page.
- Save Changes
- Update your saved view, only available if you've made changes.
- Save as New View
- Creates a new saved view, entirely separate from the saved view that you opened to get here.
Export to CSV
Selecting the Export button allows you to download all the results in a CSV. This is only available after you've selected a specific type of form. The CSV will sort, order and filter the responses just as it shows on the Assignar web screen. Images, attachments and signatures are not exported, and a maximum of 1 multi response question group is allowed.
