Communicate with fieldworkers using order messages.
Order Messages are found on the upper right side of the Order Progress page by clicking Open Work Order Messages.
Order Messages can also be sent through the mobile app. To send an internal Order Message not visible to Fieldworkers on the mobile app, toggle off the "Visible to Fieldworkers" option. Write messages up to 1000 characters long and attach images!
The Order Messages do not auto-refresh within the browser, you'll need to reload the page to see new order messages.
