Timesheet PDF Print

  • Updated

There are 4 different print options, each with a different format to suite your needs. To export to CSV, see the article Export Timesheets to CSV.

Individual Print

This is the best way to print a single timesheet with all data including client and worker signature. From the Daily timesheets view, click the ellipses of a timesheet and then select Print PDF (accessible from the condensed and expanded view).

Daily - Condensed Print

This print formats all of the included timesheets grouping them by order, totaling all the hours from each employee and then below that summary it gives each workers specific timesheet details. From the Daily timesheets view, select the consolidated view, select the date range and apply filters, then select Print button (underneath the search bar).

Daily - Expanded Print

This allows you to customize the data on the print and formats as a table, grouping timesheets by worker. From the Daily timesheets view, select the expanded view, then sort and hide the columns, apply the necessary date range and filters, then select the Print button (underneath the search bar). Note: you can have a maximum of 20 columns shown, otherwise the print becomes too small to display on a single page.

Weekly Print

This view has similarities to the expanded view print, but it is not customizable. If you are using overtime rules, you will see 3 additional columns (regular time, overtime, and second overtime). From the Weekly timesheet view, select the desired payroll week and click the print button.
