Dashboard users can now see the exact timesheet data that you need. This "Expanded" view shows each timesheet in a single row (not broken up by activity) and can be used for editing/approving timesheets and also for exporting.
Advanced Filters
These are currently only available within the Expanded view, but we will add these to the Condensed view by the end of the month.
To utilize advanced filters:
- Open the existing filters option and then click the Advanced Filter option
- Next, select which field you wish to filter on
- Choose an operator (these are different between fields)
- For example, if you choose to filter on Work Duration, you can choose between these 3 operators:
- Is exactly
- Is greater than
- Is less than
- For example, if you choose to filter on Work Duration, you can choose between these 3 operators:
- Click Apply Filter
Sort and Hide Columns
You can customize the view by hiding columns and arranging the order of columns.
Export
Exporting from this view will produces a CSV honoring the column hide/sort and the filters you have applied. Note that this export is different from the export on the Condensed and Weekly view because this export shows every timesheet as a single row and does not break them up by activity.
